• -Listings may be canceled due to the seller’s circumstances, and bid designation may be delayed up to 15 days for prior listings and up to 30 days for vehicle disposal.
• -Please contact the vehicle manager to confirm all details before bidding. Cancellation after winning the bid is strictly not allowed.
• -You must check the vehicle s condition before transportation.If there are missing items or discrepancies from the listing photos, do not move the vehicle and contact us immediately.

• - Please double-check your bid amount before submitting.
  (If you cancel after winning, you will be liable for the price difference with the next highest bidder, regardless of the reason.)
• -Vehicles listed for ownership transfer are subject to mandatory inspection and repair certification. Winning bidders must submit proof of inspection to our office.
• -Any aftermarket parts or accessories installed by the owner may be removed and replaced with original parts, even if visible in the listing photos.
  (e.g., navigation system, audio, wheels, tires, etc.)
  No price adjustments will be made for removed aftermarket parts, so please consider this before bidding.
• - Winning bid payments must be made by 12:00 PM the following day.
  (If delayed, the vehicle may be awarded to the second-highest bidder, and you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred.)
• -Vehicles must be picked up by 12:00 PM the day after the relocation request from the assigned manager.Any additional costs incurred due to late pickup will be the responsibility of the winning bidder.
• -For scrapped vehicles, they must be delivered to our scrapyard, and we will handle the deregistration process.
• - For ownership transfer vehicles, all registrations will be transferred to our affiliated dealership.Transfer fees are the responsibility of the winning bidder and are not included in the bid amount.
